Our Cocktails with Alcohol
PINK’YBAR Lychee, Rose, Ginger & Tonic
Ingredients:
4 cl YBAR Lychee – Rose – Ginger
1 tablespoon raspberry jam
6 cl tonic
Preparation:
In a shaker, pour the YBAR and the raspberry jam. Add ice to halfway and shake vigorously. Strain into a glass and top up with tonic.
Garnish with a raspberry skewer.
CARMELYBAR Espresso Caramel‑Cognac
Ingredients:
3 cl YBAR Caramel
2 cl RABY VS Cognac
1 cl chocolate syrup or chocolate sauce
1 espresso
Preparation:
Pour all the ingredients into a shaker, add ice, and shake.
Serve directly in the glass, stir with a sprig of thyme, and leave it as a garnish.
CHIL’BAR Orange & Passion
Ingredients:
4 cl YBAR Orange – Cherry – Chili
1 cl cane sugar syrup
2 cl lime juice
6 cl passion fruit juice
Preparation:
Garnish as you wish.
RABY'JITO Pineau Menthe Mojito
Ingredients:
5 cl RABY White Pineau
15 mint leaves
½ lime
1 cl cane sugar syrup
1 tablespoon brown sugar (ou “raw sugar” si tu veux un terme plus anglophone)
4 cl sparkling water
Preparation:
Fill with crushed ice, then pour in the Pineau and the sparkling water.
Stir gently and garnish with a mint sprig.
TART'YBAR Poire & Vanille
Ingredients:
4 cl YBAR Pear
1 cl caramel syrup
1 tablespoon pear compote
2 cl apple juice
Preparation:
Le FIZZ'YBAR Orange Basilic
Ingredients:
4 cl YBAR Orange
3 basil leaves
2 cl cane sugar syrup
2 cl lemon juice (“citron jaune” → lemon)
6 cl sparkling water
Preparation:
Shake the YBAR, basil, syrup, and lemon juice with ice.
Serve, then top with sparkling water.
Finish with a fresh basil sprig.
Our Alcohol‑Free Cocktails
Le Raisin'able Raisin Blanc & Menthe
Ingredients:
2 cl lemon juice
1 cl cane sugar syrup
1 tablespoon brown sugar
4 white grape
Preparation:
Muddle the grapes with the syrup and brown sugar.
Add ice and the sparkling grape juice.
Stir and garnish with a grape skewer.
LA RABY'GRIA Rouge Fraise & Fruits
Ingredients:
12 cl RABY red grape juice
2 cl strawberry syrup
Raspberries
Slices of: orange, lemon, lime, Charentais melon
Preparation:
Add the fruits and syrup to a glass, fill with ice, and pour in the grape juice.
Stir and garnish.
